Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Bentako application at bentako.app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Bentako provides sales, inventory, expense, and business management tools for micro, small, and medium businesses. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You may sign in using email or Google Sign-In; either way, you are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential.

You agree not to misuse the Service, not to access another user's data, and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business records you enter.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing terms, and trial periods, if any, will be presented before you are charged. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the business records you create in the Service. You grant Bentako a limited license to host, process, and display your records solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical business information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bentako shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we stop offering the Service. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and provide notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
